Engineering has never been just a technical definition of work for me—it has been a path to fulfilling our responsibility to this land and challenging what was deemed impossible. The excitement we felt in 1993, when we powered up Turkey’s first industrial robot in a small workshop, is no different from what we feel today as we launch unmanned aerial vehicles in massive hangars or design the energy systems of the future. What began as a spark back then has become a torch lighting the world today.
At Altınay, we didn’t just build machines—we built a culture. Over the past three decades, we have been at the forefront of every step taken for our country's technological independence—from defense technologies to robotics, from electromobility to energy storage systems. Whether signing our first defense contract with Roketsan or acquiring well-established German engineering firms to export know-how worldwide, our guiding compass has always remained the same: to produce, to innovate, and to take Turkey’s engineering capabilities to the global stage.
Today, our Defense, Robot, and Energy & Mobility groups do not operate in isolation. Under the Altınay Technology Group umbrella, they function as an integrated, dynamic ecosystem—supporting, growing, and evolving together. We are a family that once dreamed, now leads that dream, and is poised to define the rules of the game in the future. As I always tell our young engineers: we are not here to follow technology, we are here to shape it. Because our story is not just one of a company’s growth, but a journey of Türkiye discovering its own strength. Raising this flag higher is not merely a goal—it is our most valuable responsibility.
